When I stepped outside I got a rude welcome. I made all these changes over time, and finalized them one afternoon while my character was in her super-secret lair at Starlight Drive-in. I changed that too, and made them a shorter range version of the main guns. Then I noticed that the front cannons only did 1 point of damage. I also increased the damage, and gave the guns the explosive legendary effect (tiny explosions). I extended the range of the miniguns, and made them very accurate. Then I changed the durability of the bird itself, the crew, and eventually changed the attributes of the vertibird guns too. I started by downloading 'Durable Vertibirds' from the Nexus, to see what I needed to change. So, I learned to mod using ењЋdit (FO4Edit) In short, I wanted the helicopters from the first Half-Life game. I wanted to feel dread when I heard the sound of rotors in the distance. I wanted the the fucking apocalypse with wings and rotors.

They also were doing almost no damage at all, and struggling to hit things even at short range.
